Based on a popular web novel, the sensational BL TV series Semantic Error took Korea by storm in early 2022 with its quintessential campus love story of opposites attract starring K-pop idols. Prickly computer major Choo Sang-woo (Park Jae-chan) likes to stick to himself and stick to the rules, but his structured life is upended because of brash visual arts student Jang Jae-young (Park Seo-ham). For Sang-woo, Jae-young’s disruptive appearance is like an error that must be debugged, but pesky feelings begin to get in the way. Continuing the success of the bright youth romance series, Semantic Error flutters hearts anew in a feature-length edit with additional scenes.

*Update: The duration of the film is 177 minutes, instead of 192 minutes.
