In the midst of a serious epidemic, a pig survives a culling and escapes into the forest, where it crosses paths with a bullied human who entered the forest in search of death. When they meet, each magically takes up the physical characteristics of the other, and each eventually encounters other creatures also fighting for survival in the forest. A bleak and powerful vision of a world in which humans suffer even worse cruelty than animals, Hur Bum-wook's raw and demented animated parable is reminiscent of Train to Busan director Yeon Sang-ho's brutal early-career animation masterpieces.
