Tolik is a bread delivery man who lives with his wife and two daughters. They are expecting a third child but already struggling to make ends meet. To make life even worse - he realizes that his daughter is pregnant, and her boyfriend wants to take no responsibility. Is there a way out? No matter what, he can still have a drink. A tender portrayal of the ordinary working class with deadpan humor is reminiscent of Aki Kaurismäki's heartwarming works. Produced by a primarily female crew, rare in the maledominated Kazakh film industry, the film is determined to break the norm.
