We are pleased to announce Terrance Lau as HKAFF's ambassador this year. Last year, the HKAFF introduced this rising star to Hong Kong audiences with the Gala Presentation of Beyond the Dream, Terrance's first feature film as a leading actor and a performance which earned him a Hong Kong Film Critics Society Award for Best Actor, as well as a nomination of Best New Performer at both the Hong Kong Film Awards and the Taipei Golden Horses Awards. This year, he will return to the HKAFF as our Festival Ambassador, to share with us his insights from the past year and his hopes for the future of Hong Kong cinema.
